Minimum Stay:

Suites - Apartments:

• Fully Self-Contained & Self-Catering.
• Bed & Breakfast Jerrara Suite includes Basic Breakfast package. For other breakfast packages, extra charges may apply.
• Couples Retreat - Jerrara Suite: sleeps 2 Provides Private Luxury accommodation in a King Size Bed & Private Bathroom En-Suite Private Peaceful Relaxing Veranda (Tree Tops) Private Entrance. When Cot for child under 2 years is required an extra charge $15 per night.
  Minimum booking is 2 nights. (Weekends: Fri - Sat - Sun).
  School - Public Holidays & Long Weekends 3 Day Minimum stay.

  $200.00 per couple Per Night Friday Saturday or Sunday.

Extra Guests:

• An extra guest charge is applicable.
• Rose Suite & Wisteria suite extra guest charge applies.
• Rate for 1st couple per night is $185.00.
  Rate for 2nd couple per night is $140.00.
• Extra Adult/Teenage person 13yrs and over is charged $55 per person per night.
• Rate for children: Child 3-13 years per night $35.00.
• Child under 3 is free using your ownchild cot & bedding.
• Rate for our cot usage of $15 per night is not inclusive of cot bedding.
• Rate for weekly stay includes Basic Breakfast Package 1st morning only.
• Rates for casual Nightly stay Per Couple or Per Person, room contenet do not include Basic Breakfast package.

Breakfast:

• Unless specified Basic Breakfast Package is not icluded in Room Rate.
• Basic Breakfast package provided for an additional charge $18.00 Per Person Per Morning (child rate available).
