A little History about the Pearse Family - Engadine Boutique & self-contained accommodation in the Sutherland Shire.
Your Hosts: Pam & Phil Pearse are long time residents of the Sutherland Shire. After their Marrige in 1965 they settled in the Shire being Home Owner/Builders back then and together completing their Home. During the next 20 years raising 4 Children, who have long since left the family home, having families of their own, all together producing eight wonderful Grandchildren to continue the Pearse Family Heritage.
Two siblings live nearby, their children now at St. John Bosco School. Having always been a self-employed couple, Pam & Phil, have owned and run several successfull business ventures together from the Family Home in Jerrara Street. Being active residents within the local Engadine community and the Sutherland Shire, they have always been in someway involved in School P & C committee's at Marton Primary, Engadine High School, numerous Charitable and Sporting organisations, the Sutherland Shire Council Heritage Committee and our local Engadine Chamber of Commerce.
During the last 25 years have seen this Family Home evolving into the Homestay Bed and Breakfast Accommodation it is today. More recently, with assistance of the Bed and Breakfast & Farmstay Association of NSW, the Triple A (AAA) rating Association, having achieved the the high standards set, now enabling us to cover a wider section in the greater community, offering a far broader range in of facilities and accommodation offered to our guests.
Since the beginning, opening with Bed and Breakfast and Homestay accommodation, with Self-Contained and Self-Catering Apartment Accommodation, and now with the introduction of Engadine Boutique Accommodation, we will strive to achieve higher levels of guest satisfaction. We take the opportunity to express a "Warm Thank You" to each and everyone of our new and old friends and especially to the residents of Engadine who, by the giving of their full support over the last ten years to Engadine Accommodation, have thus ensured a very sucessful venue in the community enabling us to provide one of the best Accommodation facilities available here the Sutherland Shire...
